DESIGN BUILD PROCESS

The process of design-build allows for a vision of the end result with accurate plans that produce a cost-effective end result.

    Acquire the necessary documents for land development, which may consist of a Conditional Use Permit (CUP), soils report, topographic map, certified land survey, traffic study, and other possible requirements.

CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT

Assembling the Construction Team

FOCUS Building Solutions’ construction team will consist of a Project Manager and a Field Superintendent fully dedicated to the project. Together they will ensure that the project will be on budget, on schedule. They will create a safe working environment, and excel in the quality of workmanship.

FOCUS Building Solutions will assemble an experienced Architectural Design team that produces imaginative, structurally sound facilities that will be unrivaled aesthetically as well as functionally.


Project Management

Our knowledgeable team will represent the owner's best interest throughout the project, from start to finish, and maximize their investment on the project.

GENERAL CONTRACTING

Project Management & Supervision

As your general contractor we will provide full-time, on-site supervision for the project by a knowledgeable and congenial project team, who will not only oversee the subcontractors and professional technicians, but will also answer any questions or concerns you may have during the process.

Self-Perform Work

We will utilize our own workforce to perform key portions of the work to control the quality and schedule of the project. We have in-house expertise in the following areas:

Process & Document Control

Every project consists of weekly meetings with the project team to review the following critical success factors:

Value Engineering
